Preparation Time

Preparation time will depend on the order’s size. All of our furniture is artisinally handcrafted and made to order, so please allow a preparation time of 1-4 weeks before your order is shipped and in transit. Your order's preparation time will be estimated and communicated to you after placing your order, however we encourage you to inquire prior to placing your order.

Shipping & Pickups

We ship all over the continental United States with discounted shipping rates and always insure our furniture. Free shipping only applies to our residential furniture in their standard sizes shown. Any shipping time quoted by us is an estimate that shipping carriers may shorten or extend with or without notification to us or the buyer. Please allow a shipping time of 4-10 business days depending on the proximity of your delivery address. Your order's shipping time will be estimated and communicated to you after placing your order, however we encourage you to inquire prior to placing your order. Alternatively to being shipped, orders can be picked up for free at our Antioch, CA workshop. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or mishandling that may occur during a shipping carrier's or buyer’s transportation of an order.

Furniture Appearance

Our specialty is artisinally handcrafting furniture of the rustic style that may display natural markings, dings, small cracks, and other characteristics generally associated with the rustic furniture style. Our furniture is artisan-made and variations in the wood are to be expected and celebrated. Each item is unique and no two pieces are exactly alike. By their nature, our salvaged woods may be somewhat shifting, dipping, cupping, bowing or cracking over time, but this does not reduce the wood’s strength or longevity.

Returns

​

Because our furniture is artisinally handcrafted and made to order, all sales are final, however we may accept returns within 5 calendar days of delivery. The order may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The full amount of the returned furniture less shipping cost will be returned to the buyer once we have the furniture back in our possession. All custom-sized furniture is final sale and not eligible for return.

This agreement and all claims concerning it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
